Getting started cooking veg

A book that really helped me was The Gradual Vegetarian by Lisa Tracy (See the book on Amazon here) Tracy recommends gradually eating less and less meat while adding more healthy foods
in small increments. That way you don't feel stressed out learning about new terms and the worry that you may not be getting enough protein, B-vitamins, etc.

Mollie Katzen writes imaginitively and in a visual way about veg cooking. You may have heard of her books The Enchanted Broccoli Forest and Still Life With Menu.

The Savvy Vegetarian has advice and recipes and is college student-friendly.
